Pension Awareness Day Webinar
In recognition of Pension Awareness Day, ACPM will host a special national webinar to unveil the findings from our Canadian Pension Trustee Survey.
This session will share the feedback from those who participated in the survey about what’s working well, where pressures are emerging and what may help sustain strong governance in an increasingly complex environment. The survey insights will also help inform the design of ACPM’s forthcoming Pension Academy, launching in 2026

Caroline Blouin FCIA, C.Dir. is a strategic advisor and founder of Blue Sun Partners. She serves on four corporate boards and partners with clients on future strategy, market testing, and shaping what comes next. Her career spans consulting in Canada and the U.S., pensions, banking, insurance, and a start-up regulatory agency, where she has consistently brought clarity to complexity—reimagining systems for maximum impact, navigating ambiguity, and building high-performing organizations designed for the future.
Stephanie Speal is the founder of Speal Consulting, a human-centered evaluation firm that works in close partnership with organizations to design and implement evidence-based evaluation strategies. With more than 25 years of experience in public opinion and market research, she brings extensive expertise in assessing and improving the lived experiences of employees, stakeholders, and community members. Her work supports informed decision-making to enhance the effectiveness of organizations and lived experiences of people.
