EDI and pension plans: From intent to action

Equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) is a hot topic. For several years, organizations have been implementing various strategies to promote workplace diversity, including sustained efforts to make elements such as total rewards more equitable and inclusive. However, when it comes to pension plans, the complexity level can quickly escalate given the rigid legislative framework that governs them and their members’ vested benefits.

What role and responsibilities do various stakeholders have in reflecting on and implementing EDI strategies within pension plans? How can we take action considering the challenges involved?

This webinar aims to highlight concrete practices for integrating EDI within pension plans and help organizations create a more equitable and inclusive workplace to attract, engage and retain talent.

This webinar will have an English and a French session.
