Individuals who are joining ACPM for the first time – including plan sponsors* – may select one of the New Member & Conference Registration categories below. These options include one year of ACPM membership at a discounted rate plus full conference registration.

Registration will open in early April 2026.
Cancellation Policy
A full refund of the conference registration fee (excluding golf) is available for cancellations received in writing by Friday, July 17, 2026.
Cancellations received in writing between July 18 and August 21, 2026 will receive a 50% refund of the conference registration fee (excluding golf fee).
No refunds for any component of the conference are available after Friday, August 21, 2026.
Substitution of a delegate is permitted; however, such arrangements must be initiated by the originally registered delegate.
ACPM assumes no liability for changes in program content, event dates, or session times.
Hotel Cancellation Policy
Hotel guestroom reservations are subject to the hotel’s independent cancellation policy.
Cancellations received 72 hours or more prior to arrival will be fully refunded.
Cancellations received less than 72 hours prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s stay.
Please contact the hotel directly to cancel or modify your reservation if you made the original booking.
