Issue
The Joint Forum of Financial Market Regulators (Join Forum) released the Guidelines for Capital Accumulation Plans in June 2005. The ACPM participated in the consultation process which led to the Guidelines. In 2008, the ACPM participated in a Joint Forum - led review of the Guidelines. In April, 2009, the Joint forum concluded that no changes to the Guidelines are needed.
Future action
The ACPM’s Advocacy and Government Relations Committee (AGRC) continues to monitor the implementation of the Guidelines
