Cancellation Policy

A full refund of the Conference registration fee is available for cancellations that are received in writing no later than Friday, July 30, 2021.

Cancellations received
in writing from July 31st to August 27th will result in a 50% refund of the Conference registration fee.

No refund for any component of the Conference is possible after the close of business on Friday, August 27, 2021.



Delegate Substitution

Substitution of a registered delegate is permitted; however, such arrangements must be initiated by
the originally-registered delegate, who must inform the ACPM National Office
in writing before the close of business on Friday, September 10, 2021.

ACPM assumes no liability for changes in program content, event dates or session times.
