Attire
The conference dress code is business casual.  You may wish to wear business/dinner attire for the Gala Dinner.  The Thursday offsite dinner/concert is a casual event.

Badge and Attendance
ACPM badges must be worn to all Conference related activities.  Please do not lend your badges to anyone else.  Please note that the badges will be requested for business and social activities for both Delegates and Companions.

Delegate Lunches
Please note that the Delegate luncheons are considered to be part of the general conference program and as such are available only to the registered Delegates.  

Cellular Phones and Pager
As a courtesy to other attendees and speakers at the ACPM National Conference, we ask that you please turn off (or switch to silent mode) all personal communication devices during the formal sessions,  In addition, all cellular phone calls must be taken outside of the meeting and dining rooms.  

Plenary Sessions and Workshops
We have an exciting and informative program planned for you.  In order to keep things running on time and out of respect for the speakers and panelists, we would ask that you make every effort to arrive at each Plenary and Workshop on time and that you take your seat several minutes in advance of the opening remarks. You may attend any Workshop of your choice.  No pre-registration for Workshops is necessary.  

Cancellation Policy
A full refund on the conference portion of the fee only is available for cancellations that are received in writing no later than Friday, July 23, 2010.  Cancellations received in writing between July 23rd and August 27th will result in a 50% refund of the conference registration fee, but no refund for optional activities.  No refund will be given after Friday August 27th. Delegate substitution is permitted; however, such arrangements must be initiated by the originally registered Delegate.  ACPM assumes no liability for changes in program, social activities, event dates or venue.
